2019 Spring Challenge Enters Its Final Week!

Spring Into ShapeOur Spring Into Shape 40-Day Challenge is entering its final week! We hope you’re on pace to complete the challenge goal of 30 classes in 40 days.

But if you won’t quite make that mark, we hope that the challenge inspired you to practice more often and you’re seeing and feeling the benefits of consistency in the hot room!

Keep up the great work wherever you are! If you reach the goal, you’ll earn a challenge T-shirt, a spot on the prestigious Challenge Wall AND $10 off a massage with on-site massage therapist Arnie Harrison.

You’re invited to our challenge party on Friday, April 26 right after the 5:30 p.m. 60-minute Happy Hour class to celebrate yourself, your friends and enjoy FREE sushi compliments of our newest neighbors, Rock-N-Roll Sushi Midtown!

You can still let the good times roll during Mardi Gras, because this challenge won’t start until after the last moonpie is thrown.

All you have to do is take 30 classes in 40 days, between Wednesday, March 6 and Sunday, April 14.

When you reach that goal, you’ll earn a challenge T-shirt, a spot on the prestigious Challenge Wall AND $10 off a massage with on-site massage therapist Arnie Harrison.

Way to Set Those Healthy Habits!

2019 Healthy Habits Challenge Logo - SHYWWe kicked off the year with a 21-Day Healthy Habit challenge, and we’re so proud of these yogis who completed it!

It takes about three weeks to set a new habit, so completing 21 classes in 21 days helped these challengers create or reinforce a healthy habit for themselves.

18 In 18 Challenge SHYWOur 18 in 18 challengers finally made it, and we could not be more proud of their efforts!

We want to acknowledge everyone who signed up. Even if you didn’t finish it, we hope it at least encouraged you to get on your mat more. And if you did that, you did something great for yourself.

On Friday, Jan. 25 at 6:45 p.m. (right after the Happy Hour 60 at 5:30 p.m.), we’ll host a challenge party for those who finished. Cheer them on as they sign the challenge wall, get their DRI-FIT pullovers embroidered with the Sterling logo and challenge logo.

And find out who is going to win the annual membership AND the two Fitbit fitness trackers we’ll give away.

Set Healthy Habits in 2019 With a Special Sterling Challenge!

2019 Healthy Habits Challenge Logo - SHYWSet healthy habits with our 2019 Healthy Habits Challenge! Since it takes about three weeks to form a habit, we’re encouraging you to take 21 classes in 21 days to successfully complete the challenge and get your year off to a healthy start!

Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered to win a drawing for these prizes: one Juicing Bundle from Heidi Pritchett that includes SIX fresh juices and THREE juice shots; and one of two 70-serving canisters of Superieur Electrolyte Replacement.

Everyone who completes the challenge will earn a Sterling water bottle to help you support your new healthy habit!

30-Day Fall Challenge Ends with Halloween Happy Hour

Yoga Challenge, Fall Yoga Challenge, Sterling Hot Yoga Mobile ALSpeaking of dedication, congratulations to the 15 yogis who successfully completed the 30-Day Fall Challenge with at least 30 classes between Monday, Sept. 17 and Friday, Oct. 26. Great job!

We celebrated this awesome achievement with a special Halloween Happy Hour on Friday, followed by a challenge party complete with spooky treats!

All challenge winners present signed the challenge wall and picked up their T-shirts.

Sterling 30-Day Fall Challenge Starts Soon

30 Day Fall Challenge - SHYWLooking for some motivation to get your practice back on track? Or are you just up for a challenge?

Either way, Sterling’s 30-Day Fall Challenge will provide both!

Take 30 classes (any combination) in 40 days between Monday, Sept. 17 and Friday, Oct. 26. Yes, it will be challenging, and yes, you’ll be motivated and encouraged by our awesome Sterling yoga community along the way.

Everyone who completes the challenge earns a Sterling challenge T-shirt and gets to sign the challenge wall! Plus, we’ll be giving away some pretty great prizes at the challenge party, Friday, Oct. 26.

During our Halloween-themed challenge party, you’re welcome to dress in costume, and stick around for some yummy treats immediately following the 5:30 p.m. class.
