Did you know that when you visit the studio, you can put money on your account to pay for items that you need and want before, during and after your practice.
This is a way for you to quickly get a bottle of water, a mat, a towel or other item that you might need to make your practice comfortable and easy!
Starting in December, one of our teachers or desk crew will ask you if you want to put money on your account to pay for items available in the studio lobby. Every time you make a purchase, you will get an email receipt showing the purchase was made on your account.
At the end of the month, we will reconcile purchases and payments. If it shows that you made more purchases than you had money on your account, we will charge your credit card for any unpaid purchases.
Additionally, there are some “in the red” balances on the system from earlier in the year. This occurred as items were posted to accounts that did not have money available to purchase.
On one of your next visits, you will be shown by a teacher or desk crew any unpaid charges to your account. If we’re both in agreement, we will charge your credit card on file to clear up the balance.
You are certainly welcome to pay right away by cash, check or credit card for any items you wish to purchase.
