Join the Sterling Hot Yoga & Wellness – Heat For Your Health! team for a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Downtown Mobile on Saturday, Oct. 29 at 8 a.m.!

Purchase a Sterling pink T-shirt for $15, and 100% will be donated to the USA Mitchell Cancer Institute‘s Patient Assistance Fund.

If you’re participating in the Sterling 30-Day Fall Challenge, participate in the Making Strides walk and count it as a class toward your goal!

We’re excited about the month of October at Sterling, and with so many fun classes we’re planning, we hope you will be too!

Most of them are inspired by Halloween, and who wouldn’t want more chances to celebrate that?

We hope these creative options will definitely inspire you to participate in our Fall Challenge! Remember it begins on Saturday, Oct. 1. Sign up soon!

Tuesday, Oct. 18 – 5:30 PM

Disco-Themed Inferno Hot Pilates

Get your shine on with sequin, metallics, bold colors and bell bottoms if you dare, and get ready to sweat to the disco tunes of the ‘70s! We’re encouraging everyone to dress up for this one, and since Halloween is coming up, there’s no better time to get in costume. Expect to have even more fun than usual!

Wednesday, Oct. 19 – 5:30 PM

Spooky Vinyasa Flow

Join Bridget Reiter for a challenging vinyasa flow with a creative take to make it spooky! Some familiar posture names may be changed to help get you in the mood for Halloween. it’s a great way to get into the spirit of the season!

Thursday, Oct. 27 – 6:45 PM

Silent Original Hot 90

The teacher guides the class but practices with you! To get into the spirit of the season, we’ll turn the lights down and the music up. Sweat, stretch and breathe to a Halloween-inspired playlist, and experience the 26/2 in a new and different way!

Friday, Oct. 28 – 5:30 PM

Happy Hour Yoga With Friends IN COSTUME!

Put on your best costume and join us! Remember, this class is FREE for first-timers and comebacks, so everyone is welcome to participate!

The staff  will vote on the best costume, and the winner will receive a Kulae yoga mat. These mats are reversible, eco-friendly, lightweight, non-toxic, non-slip and easy to clean.

Monday, Oct. 31 – 5:30 PM

Scary 60 – Original Hot 60

You think you know the Original Hot 60, but not in this class! Will you do one set or two? What postures will you flow through? We can’t tell! Just know that this will be a great challenge for your body and your mind, and if you like knowing what’s next, it may be a little scary too!

We encourage you to register in advance for these classes because we do expect there will be even more interest in them! You can book classes through Mind Body, and if you have any questions, please let us know!

Fall Challenge Begins Oct. 1 With New Incentives and New Format

Need some motivation to commit or recommit to your practice? There’s nothing like a challenge to get you going, and we’ve got a great one!

Sign up for our 30-Day Practice Fall in Love With Yoga Fall Challenge, and take any combination of 30 classes at the studio in 31 days, beginning Saturday, Oct. 1 through Monday, Oct. 31.

Meet the requirements of the challenge, and earn the prizes at that level. Details below:

10 Classes 

1 free class pass for a friend and an energy shot from Ginger and Spice

20 Classes 

2 free class passes for friends and an 8 oz juice from Ginger and Spice

30 Classes 

3 free class passes for friends, a 16 oz juice from Ginger and Spice, sign challenge wall and get a free T-shirt

There will be a challenge party on Friday, Nov. 4, when we will celebrate your achievements and award prizes to those who finish the challenge!
