INFERNO HOT PILATES (HIIT)
Combining the principles of yoga and Pilates with high intensity interval training, Inferno Hot Pilates strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves overall health! 9-95 degrees, 40% humidity.
The Sanskrit word “vinyasa” refers to a transition between two postures, so the emphasis is on the flow from one to the next. Vinyasa also means “one breath, one movement.” Little to no heat added, so temperature is around 90.
Yin consists of a series of passive floor postures, mainly working the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Some postures also target the upper spine and shoulders. Longer posture holds (up to five minutes) help increase flexibility in tendons, ligaments, joints and connective tissues. Unheated.
