Class Descriptions

The original hot yoga class, featuring two sets of 26 postures and two breathing exercises in 90 minutes, which allows for more instruction, meditation and stillness between postures. 105 degrees, 40% humidity.

A shorter version of Original Hot 90. With a faster pace and fewer sets of some postures, the Original Hot 60 combines flexibility and cardio for those who want a 60-minute hot yoga experience. 105 degrees, 40% humidity.

Iron Hour combines yoga with light weight training. All fitness levels are welcome to tone and sculpt, build lean muscle, improve metabolism and see results! 90-95 degrees, 40% humidity.

Combining the principles of yoga and Pilates with high intensity interval training, Inferno Hot Pilates strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves overall health! Designed for all fitness levels. 90-95 degrees, 40% humidity.

The Sanskrit word “vinyasa” refers to a transition between two postures, so the emphasis is on the flow from one to the next. Vinyasa also means “one breath, one movement.” Little to no heat added, so temperature is around 90.

Based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa sequence, this heated flow will challenge your core, your balance and your mind. Expect to work up a sweat! This class is heated to 95-100 degrees.

Yin Yoga consists of a series of passive floor postures, mainly working the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Some postures also target the upper spine and shoulders. Longer posture holds (up to five minutes) help increase flexibility in tendons, ligaments, joints and connective tissues. Unheated.
