Sundays, Sept. 24 and Oct. 1 from 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Each session will explore how wheels can change your posture and improve your practice.
The yin sessions will focus on:
- Hips, hamstrings and shoulders – Sept. 24
- Backbends, folds and shoulders – Oct. 1.
Each session will include restorative yoga and end with a short yoga nidra.
Cost is $40 for both classes if you enroll by Sunday, Sept. 24.

Please plan to bring your own wheel to the workshops. (They are available at local retailers, like Academy Sports or online at Amazon and others places). There are a limited number of wheels to rent at the studio.
