I love that we have a system for people to get the tools and aids that they need in order to practice and refresh.
Putting towel and mat rental, water and other items on account allows you to relax and focus on what’s important: your body and your practice.
Starting this month, we will implement additional processes to ensure the account system is both easy for you, and equitable for us.
When you visit, we will ask if you’d like to put money on your account to cover the cost of water, mat rental, etc.
Say, for example, you place $20 on account. Your account balance would be $20.00. When you rent a towel (the cost is $2.00), your account balance will be then be $18.00. And so on!
Each time you make a purchase of any kind, we will send you an email receipt showing that the purchase was made on account, or with cash or credit (another reason to ensure we have your proper email address!).
At the end of each month, we will reconcile. If your account balance goes beyond a zero balance, (in other words, you bought more on account than you had a balance for), we will charge your card on file for the balance owed.
That allows us to keep our accounting systems in alignment and it allows you to ensure that your account doesn’t get too far in the red.
