She’s already noticed a few things as a result: first, she says she is definitely getting stronger.
She feels her core muscles tone, and sees her arms and legs getting more defined.
Second, she also notices how well everyone is doing in class.
It’s obvious how our Sterling yogis are able to control their breath, and although they are raising their heart rate and building strength, it’s all being done with mindfulness and breath.
The foundation we have all built with the Classic Sterling series is proving very valuable as we move to new experiences!
“I took my first yin class this morning, I have been practicing the 26/2 for more than 6 years now and I have never taken any other type of yoga class so this was a first. I enjoyed it very much, and I am going to make it a point to add it to my regular practice. I have started practicing regularly again, and I believe the yin is going to get me back quicker to a solid 26/2 practice. The class is not heated, lasts about 50 minutes, and is non impact. BTW, the teacher (Michelle) was awesome.“
