Join our Happy Hour Yoga with Friends class on Fridays at 5:30 p.m. This 60-minute class is FREE for first-timers and comebacks!
On Friday, Nov. 22 we’re adding FREE sushi from our neighbor Rock-N-Roll Sushi to make it even happier.
Sterling members, bring friends! Even if you’re not a Sterling member right now (or don’t know one), the class is FREE so come on and make new friends!

Every Friday, our Happy Hour Yoga With Friends class at 5:30 p.m. is designated for us to welcome friends–new and old–for FREE!
But on Friday, Oct. 25, we’ll be offering FREE sushi too, compliments of our neighbors at Rock N Roll Sushi-Midtown.
Whether you’re a first-timer, a comeback or an active Sterling member, you’re welcome to join us for Happy Hour and enjoy some great sushi immediately following the class.

Every Friday at 5:30 p.m., we celebrate “happy hour” at Sterling. It’s a little different than what you’d expect, but we want you to experience an hour of health and happiness–it’s what we serve!
This special class is open to your friends, family–anyone who’s never practiced with us before.
Even if it’s been a while (six months or more) since you joined us for a class, it’s free for you too!
Once a month, our Happy Hour Yoga also includes FREE sushi from our neighbors Rock N Roll Sushi Midtown!
On Friday, June 28, you–or a friend–can check out Sterling for free and enjoy some free sushi with us after class.
