Inferno Hot Pilates: Where Did It Come From?

By News

Inferno Hot Pilates, the challenging, but fun workout you love, is relatively new.

Gabriella Walters, an accomplished track & field athlete, developed it in 2009 in response to a severe knee injury.

The Budapest, Hungary native turned to meditation, yoga and Pilates, all of which influenced her signature high-intensity, low-impact workout.

In 2012, Gabi established her own dedicated Inferno Hot Pilates studio in Las Vegas after certifications in power yoga with Bryan Kest and Pilates with Balanced Body Studio.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a great fit for original hot yoga studios because classes are already heated. IHP is intended to be taught at 95 degrees and 40 percent humidity.

Today, Gabi has certified teachers throughout the United States, Europe and beyond!
