July 4th is coming up next week, so in honor of the holiday, no classes will be scheduled next Thursday to allow our staff and our students a break.
We’ll be back to our regular schedule bright and early Friday morning with the Original Hot 60 at 6:15 a.m.

The peak of the Mardi Gras season is fast approaching! If you want to take part in these good times — and even if you don’t — we’ll still be here for you.
But we’ll be offering an abbreviated schedule beginning Joe Cain Day, Sunday, March 3 through Fat Tuesday, March 5.
This will give you a chance to enjoy the revelry, but still get some yoga in your schedule. Plus, it will allow our hard-working staff to get a little down time.

Please join us for a special Thanksgiving class on Thursday, November 26 at 8 a.m. This 90-minute class will be full of gratitude and sweat—the perfect way to start your holiday before digging in to the turkey!
Then, come back to the studio and bring your friends and family for FREE classes all day on Black Friday, November 27 to burn off the bird!

*Rest-AIR-ation is a 30-minute breathing meditation. You will experience restoration of the body, mind and spirit by reconnecting your breath to your body. You’ll also get some awesome abs and shoulders! The room is not heated, so you can pop in, pop off your shoes and experience Rest-AIR-ation!
