We have had great response to our Melting Pot Meditations. In March, we are pleased to offer two different guided meditation sessions! Check them out!
On Wednesday, March 9, the Earth will experience a total solar eclipse, when the moon will pass between the earth and the sun.
In honor of all things sun and moon, yin and yang, pull and release, Betsey Grady will lead a guided meditation at 6:15 pm. Join us!
On Wednesday, March 23, Wes Singleterry will lead a hot guided meditation that you are sure to love!
Wes has been practicing meditation for seven years now, and he has honed his practice at Deepak Chopra’s Chopra Center in San Diego, California. Wes has attended many trainings at The Chopra Center and recently was certified in Primordial Sound Meditation.
Wes says that his meditation practice has “reduced my stress and anxiety, helps me keep my focus, enhances my general mood to exquisite levels of relaxation, and assists me in attaining higher levels of alignment of heart and head. I feel more vibrant and more alive. The more I meditate, the more I want to meditate more.”
This is a guided, restorative rejuvenating breathing meditation for the purpose of enhancing your wellness and well-being. Don’t miss it!
And guess what? On this day, the earth will experience a LUNAR eclipse! How awesome is that?!
Ad Hoc Hot Yoga
For those who love to do two sets of every posture, we will offer an ad-hoc silent class on Friday, March 11
and on Friday, March 25. David Roberts will lead a silent class that will begin immediately after the Sterling 60 class. Use the first set as exploration; use the second set as therapy!
People are loving the Rest-Air-Ation class! It’s a short, 30-minute class with a focus on breath, and it’s designed to provide grounding, calmness, open your heart and help you to just feel good.
We have noticed that nearly everyone who participates in Rest-Air-Ation feels so relaxed at the end of class, they fall asleep! Experience it for yourself on Fridays after the 9:30 class and on Saturdays after the 9:30 class.
Hot Bronze Flow
The Sanskrit word “Vinyāsa” refers to a transition between two different positions, so the emphasis is on the flow from one posture to the next. Vinyasa also means one breath, one movement. And we can tell by the response that you are loving the Hot Bronze Flow class!
Brooke will continue to offer Hot Bronze on Tuesdays at 6:15pm. Keep your eyes open—soon we will add more classes!
