But we’ll be offering an abbreviated schedule for Thanksgiving to give you some time to spend with your family.

But we’ll offer you even more classes on Black Friday as our way of saying ‘thank you’ for making Sterling such a greatyoga community.

  • How an unhealthy gut can contribute to cancer risk
  • The evolution of food and why some food is toxic
  • How stress can destroy your health and do more than give you ulcers
  • Specific actions to take to build your gut and reduce your risks

This is a free discussion and one that you don’t want to miss!

As many of you know, Lucille Allen, owner, has been a patient of Dr. Mashner for several years. After a diagnosis of breast cancer in 2015, she has been working with him to keep her immune system and gut strong in order to continue on a path of health. Lucille worked with specialists at Mitchell Cancer Institute and with Dr. Mashner to create a unique therapy plan that did NOT include chemo or radiation. Lucille is thrilled with the results of her treatment and is enjoying a healthy life and lifestyle.

Dr. Mashner is on a mission to help the millions of individuals suffering from chronic, often debilitating pain and illnesses that originate in the gut, including the slowly advancing, but insidious development of autoimmune conditions. Fall 30-Day Challenge Underway!

Fall Challenge Yoga Classes Mobile ALCongratulations to each and every one of you who have made the commitment to take the 30-Day Challenge! It is so rewarding and exciting to see you in the studio every day with enthusiastic attitudes and smiles.

Your plan to take a class every day for the next month gives you the chance to both deepen your practice and have fun at the same time. If you miss a day, don’t worry, double up the next day and stay on track!

Take advantage of all of our various class offerings, and your Sterling teachers are here to help and take the challenge with you!

Remember to take care of yourself—hydrate, eat healthfully, including potassium-rich foods and getting plenty of sleep. One reward will be improved health and wellness both physically and mentally.
