What year did you first start practicing yoga?
Was there any particular reason you started practicing yoga?
I love a great challenge, and when I heard that there was a HOT yoga class, I couldn’t resist.
Favorite posture and why?
Standing Separate Leg Stretching because it stretches those poor crushed and shriveled sciatic nerves.
Why do you currently practice this yoga?
To keep my body moving.
What do you love about teaching yoga?
Helping others improve their mind, body and overall health.
Two things most people don’t know about you?
I can fly gliders and single-engine airplanes, and I have been married for 31 years.
