Was there any particular reason you started practicing yoga?
To help with my weight training, alleviate stress, and to connect mind and body.
Favorite posture and why?
All of the Warrior posture variations because they feel strong and solid.
Why do you currently practice this yoga?
It’s made me feel the best I’ve felt in years.
What do you love about teaching yoga?
I love sharing my love for it and helping others find a place of peace and quiet inside and out.
