Was there any particular reason you started practicing yoga?
I wanted to improve my physical fitness.
Favorite posture and why?
Eagle – This is a posture that I know I have improved in. I feel as though it has helped me with my balance.
Why do you currently practice this yoga?
I think yoga not only helps my physical fitness, but also it is good for my mind. It helps me relax and it helps me focus. It helps me think and prioritize.
What do you love about teaching yoga?
I love the idea that I can share something that I love so much with others.
Two things most people don’t know about you?
I care. I am complex.
