Holiday Schedule and Other Class Announcements

Christmas Yoga Schedule New Years Day Yoga ScheduleDuring the holiday season, our goal is to find a balance between providing you the opportunity to keep up your practice AND giving our staff a break to spend time with their families.

To do that, we’re offering an abbreviated schedule on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day as follows:

Sunday, Dec. 24 – Christmas Eve
8:15 AM – Gold 90 ONLY

Monday, Dec. 25 – Christmas Day

Sunday, Dec. 31 – New Year’s Eve
8:15 AM – Iron Hour
9:30 AM – Sterling 60
2:30 PM – Gold 90 – CANCELLED
4:30 PM – Viscous Yin – CANCELLED

Monday, Jan. 1 – New Year’s Day
9:30 AM – Gold 90 ONLY


Stocking Stuffer Challenge Underway!

Stocking Stuffer Challenge Earn Free Class PassThe holidays are fast approaching, and what better gift than to give someone the gift of improved health?

With our Stocking Stuffer Challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to earn gift certificates for FREE classes to share with family and friends.

The second challenge is in progress and ends Sunday, Dec. 10. You can still meet the 10-class minimum in the two-week period to earn a FREE class pass!

One more challenge remains, starting Monday, Dec. 11 and ending Sunday, Dec. 24. We’d like to think that free class pass makes a nice stocking stuffer, so come practice yoga and play Santa! Sign-up cards available at the front desk!


Friday Happy Hour Yoga Continues!

Join our Happy Hour Yoga with Friends class on Fridays at 5:15 p.m. This Sterling 60 class is FREE to first-timers and anyone who hasn’t practiced with us in six months or more.

Sterling members, bring friends! Even if you’re not a Sterling member (or don’t know one), the class is FREE so come on and make new friends!


Slow Flow Vinyasa Class on Wednesday Mornings

If you’re looking to add another vinyasa class to your routine, remember there is an unheated, slow flow class on Wednesday mornings at 8 a.m. This is an all-levels class led by Manja, who guides you as you develop strength, improve balance and enhance flexibility.

This class is offered for a $10 drop in rate, so this class is open to the public. No Sterling membership or package is required to attend. Please support this class to ensure it continues to be available on our schedule!
