Congratulations to each and every one of you who have made the commitment to take the 30-Day Challenge! It is so rewarding and exciting to see you in the studio every day with enthusiastic attitudes and smiles.
Your plan to take a class every day for the next month gives you the chance to both deepen your practice and have fun at the same time. If you miss a day, don’t worry, double up the next day and stay on track!
Take advantage of all of our various class offerings, and your Sterling teachers are here to help and take the challenge with you!
Remember to take care of yourself—hydrate, eat healthfully, including potassium-rich foods and getting plenty of sleep. One reward will be improved health and wellness both physically and mentally.
Speaking of rewards, we will have a celebration on Friday, Oct. 28 following the 5:15 p.m.class. We’ll blend it into a Halloween party, and that’s when those who complete the challenge will sign the challenge wall, get 30% off one retail item AND be entered into the drawing with the chance to win 6 months of free unlimited yoga!
