Make Plans to Attend Candlelight Yin + Yoga Nidra Sunday, Dec. 16

Events | Dec 04, 2018

Candlelight Yin + Yoga Nidra Sterling Hot Yoga Mobile Mobile AL

Enjoy the blissful combination of yin and yoga nidra by candlelight! We know you probably need to slow down and take a self-care break, so we’re offering you 90 uninterrupted minutes of breath, gentle movement and meditation.

Our Yin + Yoga Nidra class combines 60 minutes of yin, a slower paced practice featuring longer posture holds, followed by 30 minutes of yoga nidra, often called yogic sleep.

Yin helps improve your flexibility deeper within the body, while yoga nidra helps reset and restore all of the systems of the body.

If you haven’t tried this class yet, now is the perfect time! This class is open to the public for a $10 drop-in and is included in memberships for active Sterling students. Click here to sign up. We can’t wait to see you there!
